Roof Cleaning
Our team of friendly Mossinators are fully PASMA and IPAF trained allowing them to access your roof by both scaffold and cherry picker.
Method One:
Moss removal & treatment – We use high reach poles and scrapers to gently remove moss from the tiles.
Once the moss is removed we apply a biocide soft wash solution to treat the roof to help prevent moss regrowth.
The solution works over a period of time (6 months+) lightening the roofs appearance.
Method Two:
Steam cleaning – this method gives an instant clean result. We use a low power steam clean to carefully remove moss and lichen from the roof tiles. Once the roof is completely clean we then apply a biocide softwash solution this will protect the roof against the regrowth of moss and algae for around 5 years. We do recommend we come and retreat the tiles every 4-5 years there after.
